REALLY REFLECT - A SACRED DAY RETREAT

Most of the time we wait until the end of the year to take a break - this retreat is your chance to take some time for you, before things get busy as we approach the festive period. To come together to release, and surrender but also to fill up your cup and nurture yourself at the core of our being.

This is a day for you to let go of the things that haven’t worked out for you this year and to clear and cleanse your energy field and any old feelings that you may be holding onto. The focus will be on restoring the nervous system and awakening you divine feminine energy.

Each person will receive a personal, transformational energy healing from me (Reaya). It will allow you to heal and release old stories and patterns and will also give you the opportunity to celebrate all the amazing moments that you have created and step into more creative energy and allow you to manifest the things you are ready for. 


We ask for guests to arrive at 9:30am for a 10am start. Bring an open heart and leave your expectations at the door and allow the universe to surprise.
